Lockdown Learning!
How is every feeling after their first week of homeschooling? I have an 11 year old and a 7 year old now at home, with 8 different MS Team meetings daily, printing of worksheets, uploading of completed work, and hand holding my 7 year olds hand to complete the work, I am exhausted. Not to mention the amount of food they are eating! I mean they do not each this much at school, why at home do they need to eat from dawn until dusk and then some.
I have found BBC Bitesize to be a godsend, I mean were we taught subordinate and main clauses at 7? If so then iv’e chosen to block it out.

I’ve found very little time to do anything remotely work related, and didn’t even take my Christmas decorations down until yesterday. I know bad luck, but I took my chances.
So I thought I would write a little post today just to say hello ( I know how much your little ones love our hello song), and as much as my head is banging with everything that is going on in the world at the moment, we can do this lockdown learning.
I will see you all soon for some facebook live action this week.

Tapping to the beat is a winner here😀
One of my favourite’s too. Keeping a beat is one of the first aims and a great skill to have. Love Claire the letterlady. x
Isla is loving Phonics on the TV so much. She loves all of it and asks for more when it’s finished. Her most favourite part is what’s that noise, and when you say her name on the Facebook lives.
Your doing a great job Claire, thank you for keeping going through lockdown.
I love that Isla loves her phonics on the TV, I know how much she gets involved in the classes. You are a great girl Isla. Love Claire the letterlady. x
